It has the characteristics of maintenance free, strong magnetic force, long service life, simple installation, convenient use, and reliable operation, and is suitable for removing iron from non-magnetic materials on belt conveyors, vibrating conveyors, electromagnetic vibrating feeders, and discharge chutes. Remove 0.1-35 kilograms of ferromagnetic material, with an internal permanent magnet system service life of over 10 years. The technical indicators of this product comply with the JB/T8711-1998 standard.
When the permanent magnet adsorbs a large amount of ferromagnetic material, it can be manually removed with a non-magnetic scraper or gloves, which is suitable for continuous work and situations with low iron content.
